If a new burger joint can become wildly popular in Lawrence, Kansas by using all local and healthy ingredients - even to go so far (out) as to make "most products are organic and gluten free,

including local wine and beer - why can't some entrereneur do the same in Sausalito. Unlike our two current and very tourist-pleasing, tiny burger joints are kept quite busy. So who's up for it?
